default
Posted on Mon, 30 Mar 2015
Question: Hello, I have a chronic twitch in my neck that I believe might be whip Lash, quite a bit

of loud cracking persists, although it is not as bad since I switched from a foo ton to a

mattress. I am also hearing what sounds like bio-electrified spinal fluid depressurizing

or surging along my neck. Please tell me how I might remedy these symptoms?

Brief Answer:
you may need further investigation.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
I have read your query.
There is possibility of disc bulge leading to electric sensation.
I will advise you MRI spine and EMG NCV study to look for severity.
If there is no relief with physiotherapy then you may need local injection shot.
you may need clinical examination to look for any neurological weakness.
Neurotropic medication like methylcobalamine and gabapentin can be started consulting your doctor.
I hope I have answered your questions. If you have further questions please feel free to contact us. I will be happy to answer. Take care.
