What Causes Chest Tightness Post Breast Augmentation Surgery?

Question: Night one breast augemntation plenty of sleep pain meds i do push my self up out of bed lightly w hands. My entire chest feels tight like cement rock is that normal do you think ive done damage no fever nor child nor shooting pain. Please advise.

This was only first night of surgery.!taking valium antibiotic and oxybcontin percaset. This is now day two eberything is tighy and stiffanf hurts under arms. Advise. Day day two.!

I dont know what bilateral or unilateral means i did not have mastectomy or cancer. Size b or small c 300 ccs

You mentioned size b or c 30. This is pre implant size or post implant size?
I want to just see whether you had very small breasts initially and now after implant large breast. Is it so?

I was a small a cup then had bi lateral silicone implants installed 300 ccs. Maybe thats why the tightness?

Earlier you are having smaller breasts but with implants you are having larger breasts and this might give rise to tightening sensations.
Honestly speaking, 300ccs is not that big to cause such tightness.
And sorry to say but I think you feel somewhat shy about discussing all these. Your replies, time taking for reply made me to think so.
Are these things right?
Actually I need to see your post implant picture to see for any visible abnormality or muscular spasm.
