Brief Answer:
If any test done, please upload the results for further evaluation...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I am sorry for the situation you are in.

1. Having blurry vision might be related to:
- anemia
- low blood pressure/orthostatic hypotension
- skipping dinner
- less water intake

2. Chest pain and difficulty in breathing when waking up might be due to:
- GERD
- muscular-skeletal problems
- cardio-vascular issues

3. Have you done any test so far? Can you please upload the results of any tests you have run so far in order to review them and assist you further?

Thank you!

Thank you for your time lets start off by saying that I have been suffering from panic attacks for 2 months now do you think that is a cause of it because every test that has been done everything came up good

Brief Answer:
Yes, anxiety might play an important role...

Detailed Answer:
Hi back my dear,

Thank you for providing additional information.

Yes, anxiety or panic attacks might also be a reason as long as you :
- are young (only 24 years old)
- every test you did resulted normal

To my opinion you might have been having a slight lightheaded when waking up. As you are a very anxious person, your anxiety has aggravated your symptoms.

At this point , I highly advise to try to control anxiety. Psychological support by psychologist through psychotherapy can help.

All the best!
