Brief Answer:
Cardiac angina possibly

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for asking.
I am Dr. Prakash HM and I will be answering your query.

Based on your query, my opinion is as follows:

1. Chest pain after bath, specifically points towards a cardiac cause.
2. The metabolism is raised, the activity involved - possible angina requires evaluation.
3. The two hours long pain, could not be due to gastritis. It is more often related to food.

Treadmill test or coronary angiography will be helpful.

Hope it helps.
Any further queries, happy to help again.

In fact it is unfortunate that CT scan angio could not be conducted as my heart beat was not coming down and it remained at 66 and more than it. What is your advice

Brief Answer:
Treadmill or stress ECG.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for asking.
It is rather difficult to confirm any amount of block without an angiogram.
However, stress ECG or a treadmill test could be helpful.
