Brief Answer:
Get a STD screen.

Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir.

I understand your concern.

You are out of risk for HIV based on your current test results.

Repeat the same on after 90 days.

Coming to canker sores ,they could be related to other STD lesions like syphilis.

For this I advise you to get a complete STD screen along with Hep B and C.

Loose stools 2 per day may be insignificant.

You need specific antimicrobial therapy only if the STD screen is positive.
This is absolutely curable.

In case if the screen is negative ,nothing needs to be done further.

Post your further queries if any.
Thank you.

Brief Answer:
Combo test is very much conclusive post 28 days.

Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir.

I understand your concern.

Yes Combo test is very much conclusive at 28 days.

But its 100% accurate at 90 day retesting.

I do not think the initial result will change.

NACO has updated their guidelines in 2012.

JCI means-Joint Commission International Accreditation Standards for Hospitals, 5th Edition provides the basis for accreditation of hospitals throughout the world, supplying organizations with the information they need to pursue or maintain patient safety, performance improvement, and accredited status starting 1 April 2014.

Lab technician would certainly a new syringe in a JCI accredited hospital.Kindly do not get paranoid of these issues which are purely administrative.

Thank you.
