For the last 2 years. The shakes are the whole body. The burning is from the vagina down. Persistent with both. I take Dilantin, 500 mg for seizures, levothyroxine 137 mcg (1) per day, clonazepam 1 mg (3) per day, hydrocodone-acetaminoph 7.5-375 (4) per day, primidone 50 mg (4) per day. No alcohol. I have a cist on my lower back on the spine, my neck had gel discs from 1986 but they blow out in 2005.

Brief Answer:
Anxiety/Hyperthyroidism

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for being in follow-up and providing further details.

I am afraid to say that the cause of burning in the tongue and vagina at the same time, does not appears to be neurological, nor does it appears to be an organic cause.Rather, anxiety can result in such manifestations.
However,I am concerned that you have got enough causes which can cause tremors(shaking of the body). You are taking clonazepam, that indirectly says that you are having 'anxiety disorder'.Anxiety is the most common cause of generalised body shakes.
Further,You are on levothyroxine daily dose.I am just concerned, that it is not overdosed as that can contribute well to the body shaking. You should get a repeat 'Thyroid function test' done and the dose should be titrated. Also, you are on Primidone too, possibly someone is treating you for Essential tremor as well. You don't appear to be responding for Essential tremor treatment,so in the present situation, the management steps should be-
1)Managing anxiety-Mental relaxation exercises/meditation/Yoga.Psychiatric consultation. If anxiety gets controlled,it will improve your burning as well as body shaking.
2)Levothyroxine dose titration-in correlation with 'Thyroid function tests'.

Hope these management points will bring improvement in you.If you have any further questions,I shall be glad to answer else please close the thread, rate it and write a review as your rating will be of help to me.
