Brief Answer:
Possible urinary tract infection.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thank you for using HCM to post your health query.
I read carefully your question and I understand your concern.

What you are describing can be due to bacteria which may cause a urinary tract infection or if you drink plenty of fluids you can prevent that (maybe) because it is sometimes caused by dehydration.

So, my main advise is to drink as many fluids as you can, so you can flash out the bacteria there.
If not better by tomorrow you will need to consider doing a urinalyses which will confirm if you have an infection, and if you will need antibiotics.

If you are sexually active you also need to rule out the sexually transmitted infections.

If worse or not better, I would recommend seeing a local doctor.

Hope this is helpful.
