What Causes Burning Sensation In Penis, Lower Back Pain And Painful Urination?
Question: For the past week or so my penis has been hurting and burning . It comes and goes. I passed a kidney stone last year.. So I have had a few problems with my kidneys. A lot of pain in my lower back.. But now mainly in my penis.. After ejaculation I feel relieve... Burns when I urinate and sometimes not so bad... I am 48 and I can get an erection at anytime without any stimulation.. Usually wake up with one and already 3 this morning...what do you think?

Burning sensation in penis can be present due to stones,urethritis,urinary tract infection,prostatitis herpes simplex etc.As you have a history of Stones in the past most probable diagnosis is the same.Rest other possibilities are very minute.
So I advice you to undergo a sonography which will confirm whether you have a stone or not.Drink plenty of fluids . Antibiotics such as nitrofurantoin,norfloxacin should be taken only under the observation of doctor.
