Brief Answer:
lumbosacral radiculopathy.MRI L-S Spine,

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for being on healthcaremagic.com.
I am Dr.Ajay Panwar,a neurologist,here to answer your query.

The symptoms you have mentioned are suggestive of lumbosacral radiculopathy.
I suggest you to undergo MRI L-S Spine, which will help to localize the level of pathology and its extent.
Management can be planned based on MRI findings.Broadly, medicines and spinal exercises form the core of management.Depending on the extent, surgery may be required at times.

Hope this helps. If you have any further question,I shall be glad to answer.

Regards,
Dr.Ajay Panwar,
MD,DM (Neurology)
