Question: I gave a guy oral sex about 5 days ago & i saw the day after red bumps all over my tongue and now my uvual is droopy and the back of my mouth is white.

After giving a guy oral sex this is what happened 5 days later

yes it could, especially if there is no pain and no red bumps on tonsils,but since there was recent oral sex, STDs should be ruled out.

This is both of pur first sexual encounters ever...and we have never done anything with anyone else thats why im concerned

If you are sure that this was his first encounter then this cant be STD and you dont need to worry. In this case, this is probably irritation or thrush.
