Detailed Answer:
Hello there! I did send a detailed response to the question of whether I thought this was a cancerous lesion but am happy to repeat that portion of what I wrote in the other answer.

We have to be very careful when telling a patient whether something is cancer or not by picture only. In fact, it is not accurate or 100% certain in any case where a picture APPEARS not to be cancerous that we can make such a statement. The only way to really answer the question with certainty is getting a physical examination and having the doctor take some biopsies to send to the laboratory.

Things that would place you at higher risk for cancer would be:

1. Family history of cancer, especially GI cancer, and especially colon or anal/rectal cancer.
2. Personal history of colonic polyps either seen by endoscopy, CT scan, or other imaging study.
3. Personal history of cancer yourself elsewhere in the body.
4. Smoker (or someone exposed to second hand smoke)
5. Heavy drinker (especially patients with liver cirrhosis)

These would be your top risk factors that would be of concern for possible cancer.

Otherwise, if you are not in any of those categories then, I believe it is appropriate to say that according to the photos you've sent me I would say that you are suffering from what appears to be that of a partially prolapsed rectum through the anus with a possible small to medium sized hemorrhoid noted in one of the photos.

You said something also about anal cancer but your photos actually don't show the anus anymore since the protruding material (prolapsed rectum) is through the anus so all you really see is that tissue and not the anus.

If you've seen bright red blood in the toilet or if there's been blood on the toilet paper at any time then, the idea of a hemorrhoid is further supported.

Definitive diagnosis would be possible only with a personal visit to your physician.

I'd appreciate the favor of your providing a STAR RATING and some brief written feedback if your questions have been satisfactorily answered. In addition, CLOSING THE QUERY on your end will also be most helpful.
