Brief Answer:
Seems to be pigmented purpuric dermatoses, avoid Betnovate C cream

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at healthcare magic

I have gone through your complaints and according to me you are having pigmented purpuric dermatoses.

It can occur due to intake of certain drugs, contact agents , collagen diseases like lupus erythematosus, diabetes, thyroid disease, liver disease and obesity.

In many cases it occurs without any cause.

Don't use betnovate C cream if you are not having itching as it contains steroid and should not be used for long term.

Usually these disorders are very resistant to treatment but sometimes spontaneous resolution has been seen in some cases.

Few treatment options available for this are phototherapy both UVA and narrow band UVB as well as tablet calcium dobesilate.

These are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.
