What To Do For Acute Photosensitivity?

I have been suffering from acute photosensitivity for the past 2 years. For the past 2 years I have been suffering from high B.P. and take amlogard 5mg and seloken XL for the problem. One dermatologist suggested that I could be suffering from sub-acute cutaneous lupus erythematosus. Is the problem may be due to the B.P. medicine I am taking now? I am 53 years old female. my height is 162 cm and weight is 65 kg. I have got arthritis, sinus and cholestrol. I cannot go out in the sun after 6.30 a.m. and before 6.30 p.m. I am black in colour and residing in south India
