Brief Answer:
Seems to be due to SLE- needs investigations to confirm,

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX XXXX,
Thanks for using Health care magic for your health concerns,
I understand your sufferings.
Symptoms of vertebral dissection, photo sensitivity ,bony growth on knee joint , migraines , finger locks & Renal symptoms apparently look separate entities & that's why it is confusing.
In my view all of these symptoms can be explained with symptoms of Systemic Lupus Erythematosus. SLE is an autoimmune disorder having a vast coverage of bones, muscles (Hip pain, finger locking,, bony growth on knee)& central nervous system ( migraine head ache),Kidney affection( back ache, protein urea, blood in urine) & arterial dissections ( causing blood clots, inflammation of blood vessels).
SLE is an autoimmune disorder. Usually immune system protects body from foreign elements ... but here own body tissue is mistaken for foreign object & the immune system starts destroying own body tissues.
I feel you should be investigated for the disease , so that management would be easy,Though there is no specific single test to diagnose SLE... blood Test for auto antibodies , CBC,urine analysis are usually done & a combined result makes easy recognition of SLE.
I would suggest you to consult your treating doctor Or an expert physician , get investigated & specifically treated to have an overall relief .
I hope that answers your query. In case you want to know something else...please don't hesitate to ask.
Wishing you good health,
Thanks
