What Causes Brownish Scar And Fould Body Odor While On Budesonide?

Question: I am Crohn's disease patient, I have been on Budesonide for a year now. I have realized that every time I have a wound, it doesn't heal completely and it leaves a brownish scar. I wanted to know if it's from my crohns or from Budesomide. Also, I have been having a new body odor stink after sweating especially in my underwear area. Again, is it from the medication. Regards,

Due to steroids intake for a long time you may have Cushings syndrome. Its a group of symptoms caused by adrenal glands stimulation to produce cortisol. A part of this syndrome are brownish scars, skin changes. You may also have hypertension, diabetes, obesity, weakness and many more. Strange body odor can be a symptoms of diabetes as well.
