Brief Answer:
Needs urgent evaluation

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for the query

Sweating, aching muscles and frequent urination have several differentials. It will require urgent evaluation. Some of the differentials are

1. Thyroid dysfunction
2. Post menopausal symptoms
3. Diabetes
4. Ichemic heart disease
5. Urinary tract infection

Here is how you should go about it

1. Get your thyroid function test done
2. Get your blood sugars tested
3. Simple EKG to check the condition of your heart
4. I would also like you to get complete blood count, renal function and urine routine done

I hope I was of help, if you have any further queries please get back to me

Regards
