What Causes Breathing Difficulty In A Depression Patient?

Question: See if we get one more thread
So yesterday started out a bit rough, the problem seemed to be a limited amount of air that I could get in. I would breath in, then hit a premature stopping point, I would push to exhale any old air trapped to see if it would help. I barely got any extra out and it only helped a bit. In your thinking would this exclude air trapping. But maybe airway obstruction. Then the thought is obstruction caused by stress and inflammation.
this repeated itself today. I have a bit of depression when it returns the next day.
If it is inflammation and stress, should I expect it to go up and down daily until it disappears completely.

This one sensation of airflow inflow blockage is bothersome. And is the one thing I need to know if it will worsen or leave when I release stress

I hope to hear from you soon. Your a positive start and more to my day. I think I have improved greatly from you

Depression is waking up hoping I will start the day feeling the way I did when I went to bed but instead I find I have that breathing/inhaling problem.

you can answer if you think it is just the inflammation returning in the morning until I get the flovent out and the meds to start the day. I do go to bed at night and take the flovent but when I get up its 9+ hours later and it is almost time for another dose.

Again I am assuming that the following is a good explanation to my conditionn.
Does this following paragraph sound plauseable.
I have spent my entire life with higher than normal stress, as a child, teen, adult,etc..... I smoked for 20-22 years, The smoking calmed me and relaxed me so that the anxiety was controlled to a certain extant. I quit smoking and shortly after I am diagnosed with GAD. Did the cleansing of nicotine start the sensations that Began the conditions I have today. Since I quit and had nicotine leave body, I had a divorce, lost 2 brothers, one sister and my mother. I had a demanding girlfriend, a band playing too much, moms house and estate to clean up and sell, my own rental property to deal with and a job with a demanding boss, a new wife, a move that made me leave behind those i love and miss.

All those slowly occurred and built up to a point that triggered today symptoms.

THIS IS THE QUESTION. with all that and the long time it took to get there, It should be expected to take a good amount of time to go away. and that symptoms will not go away overnight but slowly, very slowly. That I may not notice them going until they are gone.

Today, i am going to write a document up that lists events and triggers. I will attach it or paste it to a later text. if I get it done today, it will be waiting for you when you get up in the morning. Is it late afternoon for you right now?

Have a great day today.

Oh, I think I have told you enough times of my love to play music that I do not have to say more. Well since December I bought a new Bass in December, A new speaker Cabinet for better bottom end and greater cleaner sound without great volume, I bought a Jazz bass in March, I bought a Practice amp two weeks ago, I bought a series of foot pedals to mix sound as playing since December. And Yesterday I bought one more bass. I have a terrible addiction going. I think its a musical escape from my life here.
I added up my equipment
9 Bass Guitars
4 Bass Amplifiers
4 Stage Speaker Cabinets
2 Bass Combo practice Amps
2 Power Amplifiers
1 XXXXXXX mixing board
10-12 Foot Pedals
Tons of Accessories like music stands, cables tuners

Non Electrical
1 1901 XXXXXXX Upright Piano
1 Bflat Clarinet
1 Chanters Pipe. (this is the beginners pipe to learn Bagpipes)

I know I am forgetting stuff. Maybe I should open a music store and sell. And try new stuff out when it arrives

I am use too your long, lengthy but sensible questions.
Honestly, speaking I find all the time that you try to convince yourself not to do more stress and anxiety. But in the end, you end up in adding more stress and anxiety by thinking all these stuff.
I wish I could insert erase and escape button in your brain.
I want to remove all the bad memories of past from your brain.
These memories are the source of stress and anxiety in you.
My friend, I know you are crazy music lover. But I actually want you two speak about it. And you took very very long time to open up.
You also miss about your ex wife (with whom you want to marry).
Oh dear, I really want to hug you and take your all worries.
In my part of world, it is evening at present. 6.30 am.
And you can ask me anytime you want irrespective of time.
I feel so much attached to you that I can't describe I'm words.
My Friend, I care for you. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.

So back to what you missed or got sidetracked on. Am I correct in that It took along time to get to this level of anxiety, so it should take a lengthy time to go away? YES/NO

I read once that some stress is normal, we get it and it goes away after the event is done. Chronic stress is where you start on a scale for example purposes,at a level, lets use 0 and it goes up to say 2 and hangs on and only goes down to 1, then before it goes to 0 it goes up again to maybe 3 but now down to 2, the process keeps repeating going up all the time after a long period it is way up and needs a lot of help to go down and will take lots of time. I think that is me. what do you think.

I know you wish i would erase thoughts, but this thinking helps me get rid of the bad thoughts because i have an answer to where the end is.

I will assume you are multi lingual, yes?

What is the main language and dialect to where you are in India?. Think carefully, is it a difficult language to learn to read, write and speak?

I love learning, and who knows, I said I would visit there someday, I should learn something before I ever come.

I have no Idea where i will go to find learning material but there is the internet but i must have an english translation to tell me what i am looking at when you visit foreign countries

No, I don't know the end , I just wish I could get to what I want to be the end. In other words I wish I figured it all out and it was over.

I enjoy hot weather. What determines if it is bad is humidity. What is humidity like there. I am used to 40 degrees Celsius with a good amount of humidity. If it is dry weather 40 degrees Celsius in high humidity is like 50 with out
