Brief Answer:
consult.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX
Presence of blood in the urine can be harmless but occasionally needs concern.
It may be due to kidney or urinary tract diseases.
In your case, as you have many UTIs previously, I guess, some portion of the urethra or bladder epithelium might be damaged, leadin to blood leak giving that positivety in dipstick test. This is more so common in those with structural abnormality of urinary tract, drug resistent infections, patients with renal stones and in diabetics.
I would recommend you to undergo ultrasonogram of abdomen to rule out any problems in the kidneys or ureters or in the bladder.
Kidney diseases also cause urinary blood due to leak from nephrons. This is a concern and requires Nephrologist consultation.
Overall, if you see persistent dipstick positivety for blood, a UROLOGIST consultation is warranted.
All the best.
