Brief Answer:
You need to do some tests.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

There are many possible causes for blood in urine including inflammation, infection, neoplasms ,stones in urinary tract (kidneys , ureters , bladder, urethra ),use of NSAIDs.

Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) including Ibuprofen are a potential cause of hematuria, although it is rare and happen usually when they are overused.

Hematuria always is a concerning finding and need evaluation, even if we suspect that it is due to Ibuprofen.
You need a complete evaluation and after have excluded other possible causes of hematuria , we can say it was due to Ibuprofen.
If it is due to Ibuprofen it will go away in some days, but still you need to run some tests to exclude serious causes.

I would suggest to consult a physician and get examined:
-Detailed medical history and physical examination are very important.
You need to do some tests including :
-Urinalysis to confirm the presence of blood and look for signs of infection.
-Urine Cytology to evaluate the urine for cancer cells.
-Blood tests involving a complete blood count (CBC) and a medical profile.
-Abdominal ultrasound
-Cystoscopy

According to the findings your doctor may order further investigations.

Hope my answer has helped.
Let me know if you have any further question or doubt to clarify.I will be happy to assist you further.

Regards!
