Hello,

High-grade urothelial carcinoma is bladder malignancy.

So abnormal mass or areas will be revealed in cystoscopy examination and biopsy is to be taken from that lesion for histopathology examination. The histopathology examination will give us an exact diagnosis and will help in further management. You can revert back once cystoscopy is done.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
