Question: I was in an accident. The seat belt locked under my right arm. I was losing bloodthrough my urine. My cardiologist finally found my right subclavian artery was blocked. Could this be from the accident?

After going through the medical history I would like to tell you that yes it could be very well possible that the artery got crushed by the seatbelt strap pressure during the accident as it passes from above our shoulder.

If in case your arm feels numb or you feel kind of weakness then it should be evaluated further and treated accordingly.
