Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for posting your query.
I am Dr.R.K and I am pleased to assist you.

Some of the common causes of blood in stool in a 29 year are hemorrhoids(piles), fissures, polyps and inflammatory bowel disease.
A sigmoidoscopy test may be done to find the cause. In this test, a long slender tube is introduced through the anal opening to look inside the colon to find the probable cause of bleeding.

Most often it is due to piles or fissures which occurs when someone is constipated. A high fiber diet and drinking lot of fluids would ease the bowel movement and provide relief during the early stages of piles and fissures.

The next thing you have to do -
1. Take high fiber diet (lot of vegetables and fruits)
2. Drink lot of fluids
3. Consult a gastroenterologist for a sigmoidoscopy test.

I hope that answers your question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr.R.K.
