Brief Answer:
Since you suffer from IBS, this can happen to you.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX, welcome to Healthcaremagic,

I have seen your doctor's prescription. Since you suffer from IBS, this can happen to you.

You may need to stop Udiliv.
Get yourself examined to rule out piles. You may need a colonoscopy if bleeding does not stop.

Try to get rid of fat accumulation in the liver with a nonspicy vegetarian diet low in fat, and plenty of greens. Start exercising(if not doing already) and also walk plenty of steps a day.

Feel free to revert back to me.
Regards
