Brief Answer:
You may need nasal decongestants and a short course corticosteroids.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for asking HCM

I have gone through your query. Feeling of blocked feeling in ear could be due to block of auditory tube. Using Nasal decongestant sprays like Xylometazoline (otrivin) will be helpful to get relief from this. You may also need a short course corticosteroids like methylprednisolone to get your bronchitis solved. You can ask your GP for this. Continuing Montair and Nexium for the prescribed time is also advised along with this.

Let me know if anything not clear.
I am happy to help you.
Thanks.
