Question: I have a runny nose cough earache stuffy head and no energy for almost two weeks also have a headache and sometimes my head gets heavy and hurts when I bend is this bronchitis or lung cancer

I understand your concern.
Your symptoms are those of an upper respiratory infection. Many of them are viral and you only require symptomatic treatment. Take plenty of warm fluids. You can also take Advil sinus, otrivin nasal spray which is OTC and helps reduce the stuffiness and congestion in the nose. An OTC cough syrup like Sekisan would help ease the cough. Your symptoms are very unlikely to be due to bronchitis or cancer.
Sometimes these viral infections are followed by bacterial infection when you can have thick greenish or yellowish sputum and may have fever in addition. This would require antibiotics which are prescription medication.
You may need to see a doctor to be examined and prescribed them.
