Don't eat much junk and the pain comes when it wants, not food related. Though bloatedness trends to be very common and happening everyday along with just an overall uneasy feeling in my abdomin area. Can't really put pressure on my stomach as it's very uncomfortable.

Brief Answer: Probably gastritis, need investigations. Detailed Answer: Hello there, Nice to meet you here. As you are experiencing bloating not related to food with no other side effect intervening, probably gastritis is the cause. I need you to follow this for two days and see for results, and follow up. Try to take your meal in 5 split portions instead of 3, with a regular gap and avoid spicy foods which aggravate burning and bloating sensations. Have 5ml antacid just before every meal, to ease your digestion Use fibre diet to relieve you of any constipation and drink plenty of water. Do this measure for 2 days, it will make you feel better. Also i suggest you to take H pylori test and OGD [oesophago gastro duodenoscopy]. If still you have discomfort and bloating, have a gastroenterologist opinion and follow up as per results. Take care.
