Question: I am on coumadin and just noticed my eye is bleeding (inside). Should I go to the ER?

Bleeding while on coumadin is a serious issue. At least an INR estimation should be done urgently and if required, the effect of Coumadin reversed by vitamin k .

So you should visit the emergency at the earliest.

This INR is not too high but still we need to be very careful regarding bleeding. Bleeding can be a manifestation at this INR in some patients. so another episode of bleed may necessitate change of medicine.
