Hello,
Thanks for choosing health care magic for posting your query.
I have gone through your question in detail and I can understand what you are going through.
The symptoms that you mentioning exclusively during the periods of stress and are neurological in nature and recover completely. Such disorders are called conversion reaction and are very common. This needs relaxation therapy and stress management techniques.
Jacobsons progressive muscle relaxation is a good technique in this regard. This therapy is explained and trained by a trained psychologist.
Further if there is background depression, then you will require a course of antidepressants like fluoxetine or escitalopram etc.
The initial technique which you can start developing is whenever you have such an episode where in you know you are going to collapse, you clench your first and teeth tight. This prevents collapse manytimes. Try avoiding such situations and leave the place immediately.
Hope I am able to answer your concerns.
