Brief Answer:
Visit gynaecologist

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, thanks for trusting health care magic.
Usually severe back pain in pregnancy is due to uterine contractions or impending abortion so is taken quite seriously.
In case you have increased vaginal discharge and lower abdominal discomfort then visit a gynaecologist immediately otherwise at least visit your gynaecologist for routine examination tomorrow morning and see if there is some imminent issue.
Till then take as much rest as possible and avoid intercourse or even simple physical work.
Aply some painkiller gel on your back if possible.
Take care
Regards
Dr Manisha
