Hello and welcome to health care magic.

The symptoms you are experiencing might be due to irritable bowel syndrome(IBS), it's a condition in which patient experience altered bowel habits but all the investigations are normal.
Pain, typically relives after passing stool, along with bloating and feeling of incomplete evacuation.

For your lower abdominal pain I would suggest taking antispasmodics like meveberine while for diarrhea loperamide can be prescribed.

Before labeling your condition as IBS there are certain conditions that need to be ruled out so consult your primary care physician.

Any association to your symptoms with any particular food also needs to be considered.

Thank-you for choosing health care magic.

Thank you Sir,

I just read on Google about IBS. This looks like pretty much similar to my problem. No food as such apart from milk and alcohol sometimes. Everytime I take milk or tea, it becomes mandatory to go to washroom. Also, the control power is less as I cannot hold it for long even if I am travelling. Can u please suggest any medicines that I can try.

Thanks a lot for your prompt response.
