Brief Answer:
clindamycin gel and Benzoyl peroxide alternatively with topical retinoids

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Welcome to Healthcaremagic.com.
I have read your query.
I have seen the attached photograph also.
I understand your concern.
Acne are quite common in your age group.
Various predisposing factors for acne are genetic predisposition, oily skin, improper skin care. All these factors along with individual susceptibility leads to oversecretion from sebaceous glands and clogging of skin pores leading to acne formation.
Treatment depends on the grade of acne. In your case it seems to be grade 2-3 acne.
In such cases, I prefer to advise topical antibiotic cream like clindamycin in the morning and Benzoyl peroxide alternatively with topical retinoids in night time.
Oral antibiotics are also given like Doxycycline / minocycline / azithromycin. In non responding cases, consideration is given to start oral retinoids like isotretinoin.
You should avoid oily food and oil application in hair.
wash your face twice daily with soap and water.
Avoid excess touching of face with untidy hands.
If dandruff is present, you should use anti dandruff shampoo containing ketoconazole on alternate day basis.
Visit your doctor so that he can examine you and give you prescription accordingly.
You can share my opinion with him.
I hope it helps.
Take care.
