Brief Answer:
Can be related to SSRIs

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Welcome to Healthcare Magic!

The abnormal sensations in the head that you have described can be associated with SSRIs, particularly if the symptom started after a change in dosage of SSRI. If the symptom started after weeks of being on SSRI without any associated change in dose, then it would be unlikely to be SSRI related. Please also keep in mind that such symptoms are more common after a reduction in dose of SSRI or after stopping SSRI than after starting or hiking the dose of SSRI. So if you have missed some doses of your SSRI, then that can explain these symptoms.

Some other factors also need to be considered. The abnormal sensation in head can be related to dizziness, vertigo, high blood pressure as well. It can also be a symptom of anxiety.

I hope this clarifies things for you. Please let me know if I can help you further.

Best wishes.
