Brief Answer:
Post-Cholecystectomy Syndrome-causing Pain in right abdomen / right back!!

Detailed Answer:
Brief Ans-Post-Cholecystectomy Syndrome-causing Pain in right abdomen / right back!!
Hi Dear !! Thanks for your updates and the old reports dtd.2013 yr.
Read and reviewed the facts of your query.
Reviewed the updated reports of 2013 period.CT report Suggest old Cholecystectomy- in your mother. It seems that your mother had undergone cholecystectomy before 2013 instance.

If you could update more information of the current CT reports and other tests, I would be in a position to suggest you exact case specific suggestions to resolve the issue of your Mother's Post-Meal right abdominal pain

Cause of Post-Meal Right Abdominal and back pain-

In My opinion- YOur mother seems to have the right abdominal and back pain after any food -because of the Pyloric dystonia and bile reflux gastritis- which is caused by post-cholecystectomy-disturbed anatomy and from continuous drip of bile fluid -as the storage facility is removed, which gets refluxed in to stomach and causes bile induced-Gastritis.

Though I don't have first hand details of the time when -Cholecystectomy was done? and the time since when this pain started lately? I am giving you general suggestions- to help your mother avoid this pain as far as possible.

Do's Suggested-
High Carb/ Low fat/ low protein-less of solid and more of liquid - in porridge and liquid forms, to be given in small volumes-acceptable to her at a time starting from 50-ml lots and increasing step by step.
More of fluids,
Tab Enzar fort x 2 times after major feeds - its digestant to reduce the gases/ and indigestion post-meals.
Tab Cholestyramine- bile acid sequestrant- which binds bile acid and reduces its effects on the bowel.
Tab Vit B12 +Folic Acid- 1 x 3 weeks
Tab-Normaxin- 1 x 2 time a day x 3 weeks, to controll the Gastritis and bowel irritability with bile loads.
Tab-Bentyl-- if needed besides Normaxin-would take care of the post-meal in your mother's case.

You need to take a script for above medicines-from your Family doctor/ or/ attending doctor at the rockland hospital

I would be giving case specific suggestions to you, only after I receive further information as asked above.
