What Causes Abdominal Pain On Right Lower Side?
Question: I have abdominal pain on my right lower side feels like I'm being stabbed. I have no fever regular bowel movements and no blood in stool or urine. It's in the same area everytime. Feels like a muscle issue. Right at the waist line in line almost with the inner part of the right thigh. I do not understand why.

Pain in the right lower side of the abdomen can be due to Appendicitis or Right side Ureteric stone or musculoskeletal pain, then skeletal muscle relaxant tablet containing Thiocolchicoside will help.
If pain will not decrease with medication or persist, Ultrasound abdomen will give a clue.
Kidney will be enlarged in the right side if the stone blocks the Ureter. If these findings are not present,then the pain could be due to Appendicitis. CT Scan abdomen will confirm the diagnosis.
