What Causes Abdominal Pain Along With Green Stool?

Question: had acute abdominal pain on Friday night. Now I notice that my stool is green looking and a different smell more foul. Was that nightand continues to be.

I do have history of GERD/Acid Reflux. Abd Pain was mid abd. Acute sudden onset and lasted about 10 minutes and sudden gone.

I am better know, still feel some abd. sensitivity and trying to eat carefully.
Any thoughts or concerns I should have about this stool
