What Causes Abdominal Cramps And Weakness After Administring A Pain Injection?

Question: yesterday I had a pain shot at a pain clinic, during the injection if felt abdominal cramping and asked if this was a normal reaction. They told me no and had me wait several minutes after the injection to make sure I was okay. Today I slept late so skipped breakfast. I had a normal lunch but I was feeling very shaky. I thought it must be simple low blood sugar and used my husbands test kit and my sugar was 113.I was surprised but thought it would go away. It still has not gone away and I feel sweaty what should I do?
