Question: having abdomen pains with frequent visit to the toilet for the last 2 days, since no stool has pass and only air, taken on gaviscon and Gastro Stop.

Iam a gout patient the edone, the athrimisan, the colgout has no effect on curing the sore hio joint, ankle, and knee

Welcome and thanks for your query.
I understand your concern.
You have an irritable bowel syndrome and this is causing the urge to go to the toilet. An there is no motion to be passed, you are passing only gas. You would be helped by Disflatyl and Dicetel which act by reducing the discomfort due to gas reducing the motility of the gut. Gastrostop is for diarrhea and since you do not have diarrhea, you can stop it.

Hope you have stopped gastrostop.
If you feel very uncomfortable, you can take 2 sachets of Movicol in 1 glass of water or juice.
Use more fibers in your diet. It can be repeated after 2 hours if needed.
