Brief Answer:
Right tonsillolith

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome again with a query.
I have compacompared the current and previous pictures. Earlier you had a posterior wall congestion which is not present now. In the current pictures you have a right tonsillar fossa white lesion. It is a tonsillolith I.e. debris collection in a tonsillar crypt. It is nothing to be worried about. When a crypt enlarged, everytime the debris collects there only. If it is asymptomatic nothing is to be done.
Xray is a completely painless procedure. As you had posterior wall congestion, so I advised you for that. Now the condition seems to be much better, you can avoid it.
Any further questions are always welcome.
Take care
Thanks and regards

Brief Answer:
Tonsillolith

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Yes tonsilloliths cause pressure and may cause pain. It can be squeezed out but the permanent treatment is tonsillectomy.
Use hexidine gargles. It may help to clean the debris. Once cleaned, make a habit of battling to stop or at least slow down their formation.
I hope my advise proves useful for you.
Regards
