I uploaded photo. This bump/lump does not hurt so much it's somewhat tender to touch buy not bad pain. It just popped up last night out of no where. It about the size of a marble and when I grab it is very hard like a marble.

Brief Answer:
Probably a furoncle.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

This is most likely an infection of a hair follicle/soft tissue. This often requires no antibiotics and healing is spontaneous. Avoid picking on it. Simply allow it to get collected so that you can press out the content once and that's all. No need to panic at this time.

I Wish you well and send a follow up image at 48hours for evaluation.

Ok. That's a relief. Thanks doc. I failed to tell you have another one as base of penis not on at the base in pubic area. Is it coincidence to get 2 the same day? That is what has me scared. I can't get a good pic of the other but it is very similiar. I don't shave that area does that matter?

Brief Answer:
It doesn't, monitor only and both will heal spontaneously!

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Both are probably the same disease condition. They will both heal. Be relaxed about it. Simply keep me updated and if there are reasons modify treatment plan, I will do so in due course.

I wish you well.
