What Causes A Dark Color Discharge From The Nose?
Question: what can cause a dark color discharge from the nose. It happens when leaving over and the discharge just starts running

I had gone through your question and understand your concerns that you are having dark colored nasal discharge. I would like to ask you few more details.
Is there any sequence of sneezes with watery running nose ?
Is there any nasal obstruction or head-ache or fever ?

Based on your clinical details, it appears to be due to sinusitis secondary to allergic rhinitis or csf rhinorrohea (dripping of fluid from brain coverings).
I suggest you to consult with ent surgeon, get detailed ent examination and diagnostic nasal endoscopy. If necessary ct scan brain. Treatment can be started as per the findings.
Mean time, start anti allergic medication like tab.citrizine 10mg one tab at bed time (over the counter tab.zyrtec), do steam inhalation.
