Brief Answer:
MOst probably lipomas

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
To recapitulate: Male/59 - noticed a couple of small lumps in upper abdominal area
- a couple of months ago - may have increased slightly - no pain - little tender sometimes - slight tightness in that general area ..

The commonest reason for such lumps in a way you have explained is multiple lipomas. The are freely XXXXXXX not involving the skin as the skin can move freely over it, not tender unless pressed hard, very slow growing.

I would advise you the following:
Get a clinical evaluation and examination done.
These have classical feeling and findings.
If advised so go for ultrasonography and FNAC to know the exact diagnosis.

I hope this answer helps you, please feel free to ask for further relevant queries if you feel that there is a gap of communication.
