Brief Answer:
Get xray done.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have read your query.

All this may be due to osteoarthritis of knee or muscle weakness around the knee.

So please get xray of both knees standing in AP view and send me the report.

Apply hot packs for 30 mins in morning and evening.

Avoid upstairs and squatting.

Take tab. of aceclofenac + thiocochicoside three times a day by discussing it with your doctor.

I hope it helps.

Thanks.

Dr.Singh.
