Brief Answer:
Boil/furuncle and intertrigo

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us

I am dr.kakkar (dermatologist). I have gone through your query and i have reviewed the image.
Yes, in this image i can see a furuncle/ boil as well as a raw, oozy area in a body fold which is intertrigo i.e inflammation of body folds. Yeast and secondary bacterial infection may add up to this kind of a picture in a body fold.
I would suggest a course of an oral antibiotic e.g amoxicillin 500mg or cephalexin 500mg, 3x daily for a week. This would dry up the oozing body fold as well as take care of the boil. In addition, you may use a topical antibiotic e.g 2% mupirocin cream, 2x daily for boil and a topical antifungal cream e.g clotrimazole 1% cream, 2x daily for the body fold.

Regards
