Brief Answer:
First you need clinical examination.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX
Thanks for writing to HCM

First you need proper clinical examination and routine investigations.
Lymph nodes may be enlarged due to infection in lower limb or pelvic area.
These are the draining lymph nodes of lower limb and pelvis area.
If enlargement of lymph nodes are suspected due to infection then broad spectrum antibiotics should be prescribed.

Investigations include routine hemogram,RBS,LFT,RFT,Urine RE/ME,ultrasound of abdomen should be done.Further investigations can be done if needed.

FNAC may be needed after clinical evaluation. If findings are inconclusive in FNAC then biopsy should be done.

Proper treatment depend upon findings.

Hello XXXX
Thanks for writing back

Removed left axillary nodes are not related to presently enlarged lymph nodes in pelvic area.
There can be infection which leads to lymph node enlargement in pelvic area. You should consult your surgeon.

For chronic cough, you need chest X-ray (PA view).
