Brief Answer:
Can continue with pregnancy

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
If you have stopped taking cytomid 4 weeks back, then you have probably stopped taking before ovulation and conception.
There is no risk of any congenital anomalies in the fetus if taken before conception.
You can very well continue with the pregnancy.
Hope you found the answer helpful.

Hello Madam,

Thanks for your reply.

I have few queries here:-

I am 6 weeks 3 days pregnant as of today and I was undergoing hair treatment for past few months (due to hair fall) and my doctor gave me "Contamid-250g" which I used to take 1 tablet/day.
I continued having contaminated till 1st week of XXXXXXX and post that after a gap of 6-7 days I had it on 12th-14th XXXXXXX and then I completely stopped.
My hair doctor advised me that it might have an adverse effect on my child organs where there is a possibility that his/her organs might/mightnot get developed as expected.

Both myself and my husband are very tensed and confused what to do i.e. Whether to go ahead to deliver my baby or not.

I would like to seek your expert advise to help me taking a fruitful decision.

Thanks in advance for your help

Best Regards

Please read it as "Cytomid-250g".

Thanks and Best Regards

Brief Answer:
Adverse risk highly unlikely

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question.
You have taken the tablets continuously in pre ovulation and pre conception period.
Only from12-14th January, it is in post ovulation period.
You have taken it for a very short interval in post conception period which is unlikely to cause any adverse effects on the fetus.
Adverse effects are likely if it was taken continuously in post conception period.
For extremely low risk of congenital anomalies, abortion is not advisable.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
