Brief Answer:
Require neurological evaluation

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for posting your query.

I have noted your symptoms and you need to get examined by a neurologist to confirm the diagnosis and start treatment.

The first possibility to be considered is migraine, where headache, vomiitng and dizziness are common symptoms. Lack of sleep and stress can aggravate migraine attacks.

The other possibility in view of early morning headache and vomiting is raised intra-cranial pressure (ICP). This would require eye examination, and brain scan in some cases to confirm or exclude a diagnosis of raised ICP.

I hope my answer helps. Please get back if you have any follow up queries or if you require any additional information.

Wishing you good health,
