Brief Answer:
You are having tachycardia and fluctuating Spo2 at 1.50-1.55 am.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
I have gone through the graph you gave have attached.
Your Spo2 remains stable at around 95-96.
Your pulse rate remains stable at around 75-80.
Now between 1.50-155 am, your Spo2 starts fluctuating and your pulse starts rising.
This is commonly seen with arousal of sleep apnea.
So please let me know
1. Is this graph part of your sleep study?
2. Are you a sleep apnea patient?
Please reply me answers of above asked questions, so that I can guide you better. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.

Brief Answer:
Yes, sleep apnea is possible.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your follow up question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
Yes, sleep apnea can be possible.
I can have calculated your BMI (body mass index).
It comes to 31. This is very high.
So sleep apnea is a possibility.
Diagnosis of sleep apnea is based on Apnea Hypoapnea index (AHI) on sleep study.
Spo2 is not used for diagnosis.
So please let me know
1. What are your exact symptoms?
2. Do you have excess fat in neck area?
3. Do you have excessive daytime sleepiness?
4. Do you have morning headaches?
5. Have you ever undergone sleep study?
Please reply me answers of above asked questions, so that I can guide you better. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
