Brief Answer:
See below for side effects

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome.
I have gone through your query.
The side effects of these tablet are heavy bleeding after the drug and if uncontrolled it can lead to dizziness and fatigue. nausea, vomiting, fever, pain and sometimes incomplete abortion can also occur causing the remnants to remain.

Also after taking this drug a thorough evaluation and USG scan is recommended to check for complete evacuation of products. For that you need to see gynaecologist. So, I suggest you see a gynaecologist and get USG scan done at the earliest.
This provisional advice provided by me is based entirely on the input provided to me. I would suggest examination by the doctor.

I hope this suggestion might be of some help to you.
Take care.

It may vary from individual to individuals

Hi
Welcome.
If the bleeding has started, that indicate the abortion has started. The flow is different in different individuals. Do not be stressed, relax.
Hope this helps.

Brief Answer:
Usually it occurs.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome.
It usually occurs, that bleeding is heavy and flow will reduce gradually.
However, since it is very painful, I urge you to see a gynaecologist at the earliest. Please do so. Kindly take adequate food and fluids.

Heavy bleeding and strong cramps usually last between one and four hours. Resting and using a heating pad or hot water bottle may help.tablet ibuprofen usually help with the pain.
It would be really better if you see a local doctor for examination once.
This provisional advice provided by me is based entirely on the input provided to me. I would suggest examination by the doctor.

I hope this suggestion might be of some help to you.
Take care.
