Can you please explain what you mean by bump ?

If by bump you mean an inflamed area, there are chances of its getting absorbed faster and mild side effects like flu like symptoms can occur.

Secondly the inflamed area itself can get more active.

Actually on 3/1/17 one dog bite me on legs....at that time i went to the hospital....doctor give me rabipure on my bump......
But my family doctor says that injection must be given on upper hand..
Other doses i take my upper hand...
So what happen now.....whether i vaccinated properly??
And what is side effects now...

Actually it is not bad, given on Bumb,

Oh now I understand. Actually it is not bad, given on Bumb, but it is better given in deltoid muscle of arm because absorption will be slow.
You can take a Rabies immunoglobin injection to boost your immunity if you have doubts. I do not think you should repeat vaccination.
You do not have to worry about side effects.
