What Is The Cause For Bruise In The Shoulder After An Injury?
i fell riding my bike an hurt my shoulder around the deltoid. It felt better the next day, The shoulder hurts to raise arm passed mid height. Now i hav bruising running down my bicep muscle the shoulder still huts but no pain where te discoloration is. This is after4 days

It is due to contusion which is nothing but a collection of blood underneath the skin after a blunt trauma.
Generally, it will settle by itself without much complications.
